Job Description

Job summary:


We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and experience in international markets. This role also requires a keen interest in the BPO domain, particularly in non-voice processing services. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with international clients, and driving the sales cycle to meet revenue goals.


Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets for IT and BPO services, focusing on non-voice processing through various outreach strategies.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales process from lead qualification to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and long-term client relationships.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular forecasts and reports to management for pipeline visibility.
  • Continuous Professional Development: Stay informed on industry trends, sales techniques, and product innovations to remain competitive.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:


  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, end-to-end sales processes, and international market engagement. Previous experience in BPO non-voice processing services is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team. Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data driven decisions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
