Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Work at Height Planning: Develop and oversee plans for all work at height activities, emphasizing safety and fall prevention.
2. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work at height activities align with safety regulations and industry standards.
3. Hazard Assessment: Identify potential fall hazards and assess risks associated with working at height.
4. Fall Protection: Implement and oversee fall protection measures, such as guardrails, safety nets, and personal fall arrest systems.
5. Training: Provide comprehensive training to workers involved in work at height, emphasizing proper techniques and equipment usage.
6. Equipment Inspection: Regularly inspect and certify all work at height equipment, including scaffolding, ladders, and safety harnesses.
7. Safety Culture Promotion: Promote a strong safety culture among project personnel involved in work at height activities.
8. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency procedures for incidents or accidents that occur at height.
9. Documentation: Maintain records of work at height activities, safety inspections, equipment certifications, and incident reports.
10. Coordination: Collaborate with construction teams to ensure that work at height activities are integrated safely into the overall project plan.
