About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Engineer to join our team, working full-time on Oil & Gas worksites across India. This is a unique opportunity to represent India's largest oil producer, contributing to the safety and success of critical drilling, workover, and surface operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee safety compliance at worksites, ensuring adherence to industry standards and government regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification for drilling, workover, and surface operations.
• Implement and monitor effective safety management systems and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to onsite personnel regarding safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and submit detailed safety reports to stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or equivalent).
• Certifications: NEBOSH IGC/OSHA or equivalent safety certifications (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Oil & Gas safety management, with hands-on experience in drilling and workover operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, best practices, and compliance in Oil & Gas.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
