Tender & Vendor Registration Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender & Vendor Registration Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process and vendor registration activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and applying for relevant tenders, ensuring compliance with submission requirements, and handling vendor registration with government and private entities. This role requires strong coordination, analytical, and organizational skills to enhance business opportunities and streamline procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Management:

• Identify and evaluate relevant tenders from various government and private sector portals.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary documents and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with tender submission guidelines, deadlines, and eligibility criteria.
• Maintain a database of tenders, bid outcomes, and follow-up on submitted tenders.
• Communicate with clients and procurement officials to clarify tender specifications.

Vendor Registration & Compliance:

• Handle vendor registration and pre-qualification processes with government and private organizations.
• Submit required company documents (licenses, certifications, financials, etc.) for vendor approval.
• Keep track of vendor registration portals and ensure timely renewals and updates.
• Maintain a database of registered vendors and track approval statuses.
• Liaise with procurement departments to meet registration requirements and resolve any issues.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-5 years of experience in tendering, vendor registration, or procurement roles.
• Strong knowledge of government and private sector procurement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple registrations and tender submissions simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines..
