About the Role:

We are a leading Activation and Experiential Marketing agency with a presence across 10 cities in India. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Client Servicing Managers to join our team in Mumbai, Gurugram, and Bangalore. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in activations, brand engagement, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with creative and strategic activation solutions.
• Project Execution: Oversee end-to-end execution of brand activations, events, and experiential campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver projects seamlessly.
• New Business Development: Identify opportunities for business expansion and contribute to pitches and proposals.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Ensure projects are executed within the allocated budget and deadlines.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer engagement strategies.

Key Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in activations, experiential marketing, or brand engagement.
• Strong client handling skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Prior experience in a leading activation agency is a plus.
