Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support
Executives. In this role, you will be our customer & first point of contact, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience with our services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and guide them through the process of creating their customized resumes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
-Guide customers through the resume creation process, offering support and advice to ensure their satisfaction.
-Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
-Collaborate with the resume writing team to address any customer concerns or special requests.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to
customers.
-Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and resources.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
-A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
-A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
