Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector. This position is remote, allowing flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell demat accounts to potential customers.
• Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Assist customers in setting up their accounts and understanding our products/services.
• Provide information about demat accounts and related services.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Experience in cold calling and generating leads.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Knowledge of demat accounts and the financial sector is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
