- Role & responsibilities
- Welcome and direct visitors courteously upon their arrival.
- Notify relevant personnel promptly upon visitor arrival.
- Monitor security and telecommunications systems.
- Address visitor inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information.
- Maintain up-to-date visitor, employee, and department directories and logs.
- Adhere to security protocols, including monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
- Ensure the reception area is organized in compliance with office procedures and regulations.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Maintain records of office supply inventory and expenses.
- Receive and manage deliveries, ensuring timely distribution of mail and packages.
