Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact leads provided by the marketing team through outbound calls.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales pitches over the phone to showcase the benefits of Outspark Resume and Outspark Interview Prep.
• Build rapport with leads and understand their career goals and challenges.
• Provide personalized consultations over the phone to tailor our products to the unique needs of each lead.
• Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telecalling sales, preferably in a B2C or SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly over the phone.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through telecalling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in AI-driven solutions and the future of job seeking.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
