We are Hiring for an agile Asset Management Firm, which enhances yields on existing investments!!

Location: Mumbai (Fort)

Years of Experience: 18+ years of experience in Hedge Fund accounting, Fund management of which min 8 years in Wealth Management Industry/Family Offices/ Industry connects with HNI /UHNI clients.

Minimum Educational Requirement: Post Graduate/CA/CFA/MBA from recognized Universities, Advanced degree preferred.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

- Primarily responsible for the growth in Fort Capital's asset liquidity from approximately Rs 400 cr to up to min Rs 1000 cr within 12 months

- Shape investment strategies, business growth and ensure exceptional service delivery to privileged clients

- Generating new AUM by acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.

- Expertise in working with UHNI/HNI family offices, fund management, and a wide array of investment strategies.

- Work closely with UHNI/HNI family offices to deliver bespoke fund management solutions.

- Identify and acquire new privileged clients, thus expanding the client base, through Portfolio Management, Advisory & Research based AUM products

- Contact prospective clients to present information and explain our products and anticipated returns

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net-worth clients, understand their investment goals and risk appetite, and provide tailored investment solutions.

- Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, address concerns and foster long-term relationships

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic indicators and relevant financial news

- Ensure 100% adherence of Portfolio Management, to all relevant local and international regulatory compliances.

- Manage hedge fund portfolios with a focus on wealth management, arbitrage, and index derivatives.

- Collaborate with channel partners to explore new opportunities in wealth management and fund investments.

- Ensure seamless execution of foreign indices, hedge prop desk, and arbitrage strategies.

- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, tapping into both domestic and international markets.

- Drive collaboration with stakeholders to create a robust pipeline of fund strategies.
