Post : Zonal Business Head (Banca).
Salary : 28-34LPA (Negotiable) + TA + Incentive.
Location: Hyderabad.
Experience: Min 15 year experience in similar experience out of which at least 2 year experience in L3 level.
(It's a new bank tie up so the person must be ready to build a team from scratch).
- Business Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive zonal business plans aligned with the overall corporate strategy. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Set clear objectives and performance metrics to measure zonal performance.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Recruit, hire, and develop talented sales professionals.
- Implement effective sales strategies, including territory management, pipeline management, and customer relationship management.
- Distribution Network: Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners. Optimize distribution channels to ensure efficient product delivery and market penetration.
- Monitor distributor performance and take corrective action as needed. Brand Building: Enhance brand visibility and awareness through effective marketing and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Manage brand reputation and address customer concerns promptly. Financial Management: Oversee the zonal budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Analyze financial reports to make data-driven decisions. Team Management: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members. Empower the team to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a sales and business development role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
