Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical and reliability testing on semiconductor devices according to established protocols and standards.
• Operate and maintain testing equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Document test results accurately and prepare reports for review by senior engineers and management.
• Assist in conducting quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
• Participate in root cause analysis for defects and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain proper records of all quality-related activities and assist in compiling data for audits and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Work closely with senior engineers and other team members to support testing projects and gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, and engineering to ensure product quality throughout the production process.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication or a related field.
• Recent graduates with internships or projects related to semiconductor testing or quality assurance are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of electronics,semiconductor devices, testing equipment, and testing methodologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO, IATF) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a keen interest in data-driven problem solving.
