We have urgent job opportunity for Quality Assurance Engineer in Mumbai.

Job Description -

I. Project management for new part development of local child part for traffic controller & Surveillance product.
II. Conducting all vendor audits & Vendor material inspection.
IV. Deal with internal & external Auditor and implementing the improvement accordance.
V. Daily management meeting regarding Quality issues, improvements in product.
VI. Setup new test methods, verification and validation activities knowledge.
VII. Preparing BOM of New product with the help of R&D and ensure BOM accuracy at commencement of new products.
VIII. Develop and design jig & fixture according to process requirement.
IX. Internal and external calibration of all measuring & testing equipments from approved laboratories & properly retuning calibration records.
X. Variance analysis at each stage of development in terms of Quality, Cost & Delivery & Corrective action.
XI. Handling all field response related to quality feedback analysis & taking corrective and preventive actions.
XII. Designing experiments, analyzing, documenting, and summarizing results.
XIII. Working with the process engineering team to design for manufacturing and validate manufacturing processes, as well as create material specifications.
XIV. Responsible for managing all critical Quality issues (deviations, Customer and In-house complaints, recalls, initial new product etc.)
XV. Responsible for conducting New Product Trial run and updating of Past trouble database.
XVI. Perform root cause analysis with supporting objective evidence and coordinated with cross functional team responsible for implementation of corrective and preventive action on Defective Part.
XVII. Verification of Assembly for preventing the functional issues in the product.
