Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and work with the internal team to make sure their expectations are met (and exceeded!)
- External and internal stakeholder management / communication and reporting to show business value
- Fight client fires like a pro
- Maintain accurate deliverables records, keeping track of any invoicing, contract updates and renewals
- Do all of this - while staying within project budget!
Experience Qualifications:
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation , including executive and C-level
- Love for marketing, writing, and good design
- Prior experience as an account manager or client servicing executive mandatory
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
