What will you be expected to do

As a Sr. Marketing Account Manager, we are looking for an individual to manage and lead marketing projects with internal and client teams. This role is integral to our agencys success as it will involve driving high-quality inbound marketing strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading a dynamic team to achieve exceptional results.

Research:

• Talk to the client - Do extensive client management along with giving marketing inputs.
• Expect to be taken in on late-stage sales calls and be involved in the process-making process.

Strategy: Build an inbound strategy for the client to drive organic traffic and optimise conversions

Execution: Implement the strategy to make sure that we meet clients inbound goals

Reporting: Systematically track progress and effectively communicate that to the client.

Closing the loop: Convert data points into insights regularly, and update strategy as needed.

Who are we looking for

Someone who can:

• Manages client relations.
• Lead and inspire the SEO CRO teams within their pod to excel in their roles.
• Ensure a high client retention rate by providing exceptional service and results.
• Manages and coordinates amongst multiple stakeholders - including client growth teams
• Takes a data-driven, results-oriented approach to demand generation, and pairs it with effective reporting.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Shows a proven track record at setting and achieving ambitious goals. Has 4+ years of dedicated client management, Inbound Marketing, or Product Marketing experience
