- Finding creative ways to make learning rewarding

- You will be part of our Learning Center of Excellence that enables customers globally through classroom trainings as well as interactive eLearning courses
- Itnot just the product that we are simplifying but also how we can make learning the product interesting and exciting
- If you are looking for opportunities to put all those learning philosophies to practice, our team is more than happy to help you to push the envelope
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Preferably in the software domain
- Strong foundation in instructional designing
- Familiar with building creative course content in MS PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience of Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia
- An English language ninja who can create and proof-read scripts
- Build value and use case driven storyboards
- Articulate complexity using visuals
- Exposure to SCORM
- Understand relevance and use of templates
- Worked with LMS/CMS
- Understands various learning philosophies
- Diploma or certification in Instructional Designing
