ConsultMeIn is hiring on behalf of a leading MNC GCC (Global Capability Center)! We are looking for a Principal Technical Specialist, Core HR to lead the development, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of HR technology solutions. This role will focus on creating consumer-grade experiences, optimizing HR processes, and mentoring junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR tech solutions aligning with best engineering practices

- Collaborate with HR, Product, Finance, Design, and Operations teams to drive business impact

- Continuously assess and optimize HR systems for efficiency, user experience, and data integrity

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and data security protocols

- Execute modern platform architecture approaches, including cloud infrastructure, microservices, and APIs

- Support change management for HR tech implementations, upgrades, and process enhancements

- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to training programs for HR technology skills

What We're Looking For:

- Experience with digital HR products, product strategy, and requirement gathering

- Proven background in software engineering and enterprise HR platforms like Workday, ServiceNow

- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, data warehouses, middleware, and microservices

- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, version control systems, and development frameworks

- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to drive HR technology innovation
