Mphasis - Senior Solutioning Manager - Consulting Practice (5-7 yrs)

Position Summary:

- As a Senior Manager in our Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex client engagements, driving strategic initiatives, and managing key relationships.

- You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, delivering high-impact solutions, and providing guidance to junior staff.

- This is a client-facing role that requires strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the client's business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage client engagements from start to finish, including project scoping, resource management, and delivery of results.

- Work closely with senior client executives to understand their business challenges and design customized solutions.

- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior client stakeholders.

- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify key trends and opportunities for clients.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

- Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, including methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

- Support business development efforts, in lead generation, account planning, research & collateral development, and customer visits

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in consulting and solutioning, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.

- Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
