Job Description:

- As a Practice Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the firms growth by enhancing performance, building client relationships, and leading business & marketing development initiatives.

- Your role will involve strategic planning, coordination with various teams, and overseeing the execution of business & marketing development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business & marketing development strategy aligned with the firms goals to drive growth and enhance market position.

- Conduct in-depth research to understand the firms people, practice areas, and client needs to identify new business & marketing opportunities.

- Lead marketing campaigns and oversee the creation of promotional materials, including digital and print collaterals.

- Plan and implement marketing and promotional activities for firm events, seminars, and other initiatives to drive visibility and engagement.

- Lead the editorial review process for various materials such as newsletters, thought leadership publications, and corporate communications.

- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars, gathering feedback and market insights to shape future business & marketing development strategies.

- Proactively generate leads, build, and manage relationships with current and prospective clients.

- Provide business & marketing development training and mentorship to internal teams.

- Coordinate with external agencies, legal directories, and legal news platforms to enhance the firms presence and reputation.

- Travel as necessary to support business & marketing development efforts and build client relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage internal teams and client relationships.

- Solid understanding of the legal industry, with a preference for candidates with a law background.

- Proven experience in business & marketing development, and strategic planning, with the ability to execute initiatives from conception to completion.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Willingness to travel for business & marketing development opportunities and client meetings.
