Risk Policy Consultant/Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Working with various clients across large BFS institutions to design, develop, and implement AI Risk Policy and Governance Frameworks and Policies in Large BFS organizations

- Conduct detailed analytical work with a high level of accuracy to deliver high level results to senior management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

- Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Statistics / Mathematics, or Risk Mandatory

- Exposure to large BFS institutions in AI Risk and Policy/Governance work (risk inventory, AI risk, and governance standards)

- Ability to develop, document, and refine risk policies and procedures

- Strong writing skills to translate complex risk concepts into clear, structured documentation

- Ability to lead junior team members and guide deliverables

- Direct client stakeholder management exposure

- Strong communication skills

- Exposure to the BFS Domain in at least anyone of Credit Risk & Strategy/Fraud Risk & Strategy/Marketing Analytics/Customer Analytics
