Head - Risk Policy - NBFC (10-14 yrs)

Our client is a fast-growing NBFC providing education loans to Indian Students. They are at an accelerated growth phase and hiring for Head of Product Risk and Policy to lead end to end risk management, portfolio management, product risk policies and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop product risk policy framework, programs and devise risk strategy for business.

- Competition tracking and building stronger proposition for the company

- Close collaboration with business/credit/collection teams to roll out corrective actions in line of regulators mandates.

- This role will provide enriched learning in managing risk and has the potential to enable accelerated career growth for the candidate.

Key Skills Required:

- 10-14 years of relevant work experience in developing policy and risk framework with NBFC or Financial Services company

- Experience in underwriting of Personal loan /LAP is desirable.

- Excellent communicator and team management

- Problem Solving and Attention to Detail
