FP&A II Uniqus Consulting Role - CA (5-8 yrs)

We are looking for a 5 - 7 yrs experienced CA who has worked on Merger and has functional experience of merger -

This a work from office requirement in Bangalore

Systems and Processes Alignment:

- Lead efforts to harmonize financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Oversee the migration of financial data into company systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Implement best practices and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Compliance and Controls:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls during integration.

- Identify and address potential compliance risks early in the merger process.

Change Management:

- Act as a key liaison between finance teams of the both entities.

- Drive communication efforts to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

- Provide training and support to finance teams to adapt to new systems and processes.

Project Management:

- Report on progress and challenges to senior leadership, recommending corrective actions as needed.

- Develop metrics to monitor performance during and after integration.
