Job Description

Overview

As the Technical Product Owner, you will play a key role in driving application integration and data-related initiatives, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver best-in-class software/SaaS capabilities for Consilio. This role focuses on optimizing application integration strategies while supporting data governance and data warehouse projects. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including customers, support, and engineering teams, to define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring seamless data flow and integration across systems.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Application Integration :

Work with engineering teams to design and implement robust integration strategies, ensuring seamless data exchange across diverse applications and platforms.
Acquire deep knowledge of Consilios business processes and workflows to optimize application integration, data interoperability, and reporting solutions.

Data Governance & Data Warehouse :

Support data governance initiatives to ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency across systems.
Collaborate with data teams to design and implement scalable data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and reporting needs.

Product Development & Management :

Develop detailed product feature requirements/specifications, ensuring clarity for engineering teams to build effective solutions.
Assess value, create use cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and theses to align work with product strategy.
Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting the successful completion of sprint/release goals.
Coordinate product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.

General Responsibilities

Triage incoming defects and product enhancements with Product Management.
Balance categories of work among features, maintenance, and technical improvements in collaboration with engineering teams.
Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and addressing questions related to your product area.
Facilitate discussions between technical and business stakeholders to align product features with organizational objectives and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

Bachelor s degree

Minimum Experience

At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a similar role in the software industry.
Proven experience in leading application integration projects, including working with APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.
Experience in data governance, data migrations, and data warehouse projects is strongly preferred.
Ability to lead and mentor Business Analysts, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with integration platforms (e.g., SnapLogic, MuleSoft) is a strong plus.
Technical experience in AI, APIs, automation, and machine learning is a plus.
Ability to distill complex technical information into easy-to-understand requirements.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.

Other Requirements

Ability to adapt to new technologies and drive technical solutions in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Experience balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and focus on business needs.
