As the Sales and Marketing Manager at Conscient Sports, you will lead and drive all marketing and sales initiatives for Conscient Sports in India.
? Your primary objective will be to achieve revenue and registration targets while establishing and maintaining a robust brand presence across both digital and offline platforms.
Minimum Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master?s degree is a plus.
? A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, data analysis or related roles, with a proven track record of managing large teams and driving revenue growth, preferably in the sports industry.
? Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and effectively managing large-scale marketing budgets.
? Strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects.
? In depth knowledge of sports. Football and Cricket is a plus.
? In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
? Expertise in CRM systems, as well as proficiency in social media analytics tools.
? Project Management: Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
? Should be open to travel as per business requirements.
? Ability to Contribute Individually and to plan and execute projects with minimum supervision and to complete work within required deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Management
? Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans focused on building brand awareness and audience engagement.
? Manage digital ad campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring targeted and effective outreach.
? Create and implement detailed campaign calendars for online activities, tailored to city-specific messages and trial dates.
? Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, on-ground activations, and promotions, ensuring alignment with digital efforts. Page 2 of 2
? Measure and optimize performance metrics like Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Investment (ROI) to maximize campaign effectiveness.
? Analyze and optimize ad campaigns through data-driven insights, ensuring high ROI and campaign efficiency.
? Generate high-quality leads through strategic marketing initiatives aligned with monthly and quarterly targets.
? Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
? Responsible for drafting and distributing press releases to enhance brand visibility and media coverage.
? Manage relationships with marketing agencies to ensure the effective execution of campaigns and alignment with company goals. Sales
? Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet the organization?s revenue goals.
? Identify new market opportunities and create plans to penetrate these markets.
? Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create campaigns and initiatives that support the sales strategy.
? Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to achieve individual and team sales targets.
? Provide ongoing sales training focused on skill development, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
? Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans where necessary.
? Own and achieve monthly registration and annual revenue targets, ensuring consistent growth across all regions.
? Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a healthy flow of leads and conversions.
? Drive sales initiatives that maximize revenue and profitability.
? Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the business through new partnerships and programs.
? Identify and secure new venues to support business expansion and enhance brand presence.
? Develop and manage marketing budgets, tracking Profit & Loss (P&L) for each project and program to ensure revenue targets are met
