Job Description
Minimum Requirements (Skills & Competencies):
Bachelors degree in any field. A Masters degree is plus
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing the sports administrations and sales.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple batches simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage payments and follow up with parents for timely installments and renewals.
Previous experience in sports administration or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of football programs to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions and events.
Manage venue logistics, including maintenance and scheduling to avoid disruptions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, acting as the primary point of contact for any inquiries or concerns.
Ensure timely collection of instalments and renewal payments from parents.
Assist with organizing and executing events related to the football programs.
Coordinate with coaches and staff to ensure all sessions are well-prepared and aligned with the programs goals.
