HR Executive (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations)

Minimum Requirements (Skills & Competencies):

? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

? 2-4 years of experience in HR with a focus on Talent Acquisition and HR operations.

? Proven expertise in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.

? Solid understanding of HR Operations, including Payroll, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.

? Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

 ? Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with expertise in Talent Acquisition and a solid understanding of HR Operations. The role is designed to offer a balance between recruitment activities (70%) and managing critical HR operations (30%), including Performance Management System (PMS), Payroll, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Talent Acquisitions (70%):

o Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles from junior to senior level.

o Manage all the part timers hirings for football and cricket coaches.

 o Post job openings and manage sourcing channels.

o Conduct candidate screenings and interviews. o Extend job offers and manage pre-employment checks.

 o Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires. o Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

 o Share a daily update on recruitments.

? HR Operations (30%):

o Assist in managing the Performance Management System (PMS) and employee reviews. o Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy.

 o Address payroll-related queries and issues.

o Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives and events.

o Manage HR documentation, contracts, and employee records.

o Coordinate training and development programs
