Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts to achieve sales targets, expand product offerings, and enhance customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for new business development, including lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives, improve brand visibility, and increase revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling IT products & services.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (account management).
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.A or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective account planning, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware sales principles; knowledge of SME sales an added advantage.
