Company :
A fast-growing and VC-funded product B2B fintech rapidly grows its organization to capture growth. The company offers AI and Blockchain-based integrated solutions to Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, and Mutual Funds to expedite their digital transformation journey. The company offers digital customer onboarding solutions that have found wide acceptance among BFSI customers. It is soon going to launch an integrated solution to digitize back-office operations for BFSI clients. The company is on an expansion spree both domestically and internationally.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Account Ownership:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned key accounts.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with all client stakeholders, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
2. Client Stakeholder Mapping:
- Identify, map, and establish relationships with all key stakeholders within the client organization.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client hierarchies, decision-makers, and influencers.
3. Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth within assigned accounts through strategic cross-selling and upselling.
- Develop and execute account plans to expand each client's current wallet size.
4. End-to-End Account Management:
- Oversee the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewals, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal SaaS delivery teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and deliver tailored solutions promptly.
5. Strategic Engagement:
- Foster warm and consistent communication with client stakeholders to maintain a strong rapport.
- Organize and lead regular review meetings to discuss account performance, upcoming needs, and opportunities for growth.
6. Performance Monitoring:Experience: 5+ years (Min. 3 years in SaaS)
- Track and report on key account metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention.
- Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential account churn.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, with at least 3 years in SaaS account management.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through cross-selling and upselling.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, client success metrics, and product delivery processes.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to the UAE for client meetings and account management activities.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and account planning methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing accounts in the UAE market or similar high-growth, high-stakes environments.
- Knowledge of regulatory technology or digital solutions is a plus.
