Role & responsibilities

Monitor Customer Interactions: Regularly listen to and evaluate customer calls, emails, and chats to ensure quality standards are met.

Analyze Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Implement Quality Metrics: Design and implement quality metrics and dashboards to track performance.

Conduct Training Sessions: Provide training and coaching to customer service representatives to improve their performance.

Evaluate Operational Processes: Assess and improve operational processes and procedures to enhance service quality.

Report Findings: Prepare detailed reports on quality assessments and present findings to management.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have at least 1 year of exp on paper as QA
