The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes, managing employee records, handling compliance, and providing administrative support to the Operations function as HRBP. This role involves in the following HR domain :
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (HRIS).
- Handle employment contracts, letters, and documentation.
HR Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Assist in policy creation, updates, and communication to employees.
- Manage audits and reporting for - regulatory requirements.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Support payroll processing and validate data accuracy.
- Administer employee benefits, leaves, and attendance tracking.
- Liaise with payroll vendor and resolve employee queries.
HR Systems & Analytics:
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision- making.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation where possible.
Employee Engagement & Support:
- Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Support grievance handling and employee relations processes
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage third- party vendors for background verification, insurance, etc.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams for HR initiative
