Job Description
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified medical professionals for our healthcare system
- Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to determine candidate suitability
- Facilitate the negotiation of offers and work closely with onboarding team
- Strong experience in placing RN, LPN, CNA, RPH, caregivers etc in social care recruitment, preferably live in care, residential homes, correctional facilities.
- Lots of energy, ambitious positive attitude and an outgoing approach
- Knowledge in US health care licensing requirements
- High level of attention to detail in understanding compliance, references and other key dimensions of the recruitment process
- Looking for at least 3-5 years experienced recruiters.
