Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent for US-based clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and placements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment (W2) or staffing industry.
  
• Strong understanding of US market trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
