Business Development Associate

Role & responsibilities :

Sales of Software Solutions & Services

• Build Social media presence and awareness
• Lead Generation: Introducing Companys key software products / services to potential clients.
• Lead generation for software and services would include following processes: meeting clients/ presenting demo/ follow ups / understanding their requirement and proposing them for a suitable solution /negotiating and finalizing the deal
• Discuss potential opportunities for account growth

Business Development

• Have a thorough understanding of the software products and services
• Assisting in the delivery and evaluation of software enhancements as per client requests and updates, by working closely with Development Team & QA Team
• Identification and Development of new products or solutions in the segment
• Staying ahead of Competitors by constantly analyzing industry requirements and by engaging with customers for regular feedback

Preferred candidate profile :

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrating the highest levels of controls and compliance
• Ensuring all performance standards are met
• Help the company to evolve further into consultancy services
• Excellent communication skills in English…both written and verbal
