Role & responsibilities

• Searching relevant CV's on job portals and linkedin, initial telephone screening, shortlisting and arranging interviews with management, managing job offers etc.
• The positions you will be recruiting will be for our regional offices in the Middle East including UAE and KSA, Australia, Africa and the Hyderabad office.
• International recruitment exposure would be an advantage.
• The ideal candidate would be working for a construction related company such as a QS or PMC Consultants, Engineering Consultants, Architects, a reputable contractor or on the developer/client side.

Some examples of the positions you will be recruiting into our offices will be as follows:-

• Commercial and Contracts Directors and Managers
• Project Directors and Directors and Managers
• Design Managers and Planners
• Quantity Surveyors at Senior, mid and junior level
• Civil engineers
• Mech engineers
• Elec engineers
• And other positions as directed

Preferred candidate profile

• Min of 2 years of experience of 360 degree recruitment.
• International recruitment exposure would be an advantage
