We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer with minimum 2 years of experience to join our team in Richmond Town, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Labour Law. This role will involve handling day-to-day HR operations, and follow-ups.

• Attendance register Entry
• Salary Preparation
• Bonus Preparation
• Maintaining employees Personal Files
• Preparation of New workers files
• Maintaining records
• Keep Tracking VISA Expiry
• Report Making
• Full and Final Settlement Preparation
• Expense register entry

Technical Skills:

• Good in MS Excel
• Strong understanding Labour Management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Reporting Skill

Education: Bachelors degree in HR or a related field.

Work Location : Richmond Town

Work Days : Monday to Saturday ( Sunday Fixed Off)

Office Timings : 10:00 am to 6: 30 pm
