Job Description
- Minimum 0.3 months to 1 + years of experience in Voice Process (Inbound or outbound calls)
- Education Qualification Min. Intermediate/ 12 th / PUC / Graduate
- Good English verbal and written skills required
- Preferred candidates with experience in International BPO Industry
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Respond to customers issues on TAT
- Graduation Mandatory
- Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
