Concept Medical - SAP Functional Consultant - MM/ABAP Modules (5-7 yrs)

Experience- 5-7 years.

- We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant to drive the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA modules across the organization.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure SAP solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Configuration :

- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM, PM, etc.).

- Analyze business processes and provide SAP best practice recommendations.

- Configure SAP S/4HANA based on business requirements and industry standards.

- Ensure smooth data migration and integration with other enterprise systems.

- Business Process Optimization :

- Work with cross functional teams to identify gaps and inefficiencies in business operations.

- Recommend and implement process improvements using SAP functionalities.

- Conduct business workshops to map current vs. future state processes.

Support & Maintenance :

- Provide post go live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

- Develop functional specifications for custom developments.

- Work with the SAP technical team (ABAP, BASIS, Fiori) for customizations.

Training & Documentation :

- Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.

- Conduct training sessions for business users and key stakeholders.
