Functional Consultant - SAP MM Module (4-5 yrs)

A SAP MM consultant's role is to provide functional and technical support for the SAP MM module.

SAP MM Roles and Responsibilities :

- Implementing SAP MM

- Configuring SAP MM

- Testing and training

- Offering support and maintenance

- Integrating with other SAP modules

- Documenting

- Continuous improvement

JOB OVERVIEW :

- Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design and implement solutions that meet those requirements

- Configure the SAP MM module to meet client requirements, including :

1. Setting up material master data, vendor master data, purchasing groups, purchasing organizations, pricing procedures, and other relevant settings

2. Perform system testing to ensure that the SAP MM module is working as expected

3. Provide training to end users on how to use the module

- Provide ongoing support to clients for the SAP MM module, including :

1. Troubleshooting issues

2. Providing guidance on best practices

3. Implementing fixes and enhancements

- Work with other SAP consultants to ensure that the SAP MM module is integrated with other SAP modules, such as FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling)

- Create documentation for the SAP MM module, including user manuals, process flows, and system configurations

- Continually review the SAP MM module and identify areas for improvement

- Work with clients to implement changes that improve their business processes

- Ability to handle invoice verification processes, including matching invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts, and resolving discrepancies
