Civil Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:
🎓 B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
💻Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
🗣Strong understanding of civil structures, waterproofing, flooring, and safety
regulations.
😃Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
🗣 Fluent in Kannada and English for effective coordination with teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
✅Manage civil maintenance and repair work for buildings, roads, drainage, and common areas.
✅Oversee new construction, renovation, and upgrade projects, ensuring timely completion and budget control.
✅Conduct routine inspections to identify structural issues, wear & tear, and necessary repairs
✅Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution of civil works.
✅Ensure compliance with BBMP, BDA, and other local regulatory authorities.
✅Work closely with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams for integrated facility maintenance.
✅Address tenant concerns related to civil works and provide technical support when needed.
