Location: L&T Hydrocarbon Plant, Jamnagar, Gujarat
Position: Civil Engineer

We are hiring Civil Engineers with hands-on experience in industrial construction, particularly in oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical sectors. The role involves managing on-site execution, structure, and erection work, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

• Oversee and manage civil construction activities, including structural and erection tasks.
• Work closely with project teams and subcontractors to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Identify and prioritize critical areas to maintain smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards.
• Monitor progress, allocate resources, and resolve any on-site challenges.

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or
• Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with exposure to oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects.

• Expertise in structure and erection work for industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of resource estimation, project scheduling, and quality control.
• Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations specific to the industry.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and address technical issues efficiently.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage project timelines and resources.
