Deputy Manager- Inside Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients in the facility management sector through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and industry events.
• Market Research: Conduct detailed research to analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the facility management space to inform sales strategies.
• Data Analysis: Analyse data to gain insights into the facility management market, helping to identify new opportunities and optimize lead generation efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align lead generation activities with the companys strategic objectives and business goals.
• Reporting: Track lead generation activities and report on key metrics, ensuring performance is optimized for maximum impact.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in lead generation, market research, or a related role, ideally within the facility management industry.
• Strong proficiency in using lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo etc.,)
• A deep understanding of the facility management sector and the ability to identify emerging market trends and opportunities.
• Analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
