ROC Engineer

Role & responsibilities

a. Continuous System Monitoring: Use monitoring tools to keep an eye on all systems and operations, identifying and addressing any anomalies or disruptions in real-time.

b. Incident Management: Take immediate action on incidents, following predefined protocols to resolve issues and restore service as quickly as possible.

c. Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate responses to incidents or to escalate complex issues.

d. Shift Reports: Prepare and deliver detailed shift reports outlining any incidents, actions taken, and system status at the end of each shift.

e. Maintenance and Upgrades: Assist in routine system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security of all operational technologies.

f. Perform precise backend configurations and customizations of the Saarthi-FX platform for each site, ensuring configurations are optimally set to meet specific site needs.

g. Proactively manage and implement configuration changes to the system as required by site operations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily activities.

Outcome Goals:

• Achieve minimal downtime by rapidly responding to and resolving incidents.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all operational incidents and system statuses.
• Enhance system reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
