Commercial Bid

Overall Purpose of the Role :

Provide sound commercial support to the Bid Management Process.

This involves preparation and development of commercial bids, process compliance & contractual adherence

Role & responsibilities :

To deliver efficient Commercial Support during the

Bid Process including

• Accurate & timely Bid Model completion
• Ensuring all aspects of the RFP/RFT are costed
• Preparing Group Approval requirements
• First time right bid input management

➢ Accurate & Timely Production of Bid Model

• Bid Model preparation
• Obtain and update Bid Model Assumptions on a

regular basis

• Offer solutions to enhance project performance

➢ Reporting:

• MAP Reporting for New Business Wins & Pipeline
• Review of project actual financial performance

against contract

• Ensure all information is up to date through the

Bid and Retention process

• Reporting to relevant stakeholders of information
• Bid process compliance reporting
