What would you do?
Engineering Change Management for Sustaining and New products ? Team handling and work queue management (Ticket assignment) ? Creation of parts and manage Item level attributes. ? Create Engineering Change Order (ECO / ECR), Manufacturing Change order (MCO), Deviation ? Product / Part End of Life (EOL) change management ? Review of Changes as per the checklist before pushing to CCB ? Coordinate with Manufacturing and Design Engineering team ? Ensuring the KPI / SLA are met per the requirement. ? Rejection analysis and Identifying RCA and preventive actions ? Preparation of training documentation You will be a part of Supply Chain Management team where in you will be accountable to manage the Supply Chain and provide insights which will help in increasing efficiency by doing away with waste and facilitating greater profits. It also involves management of the flow of goods and services and including all processes that transform raw materials into final products.In this role, you will help in designing, analyzing, and building structures, machines, devices, systems, and mechanical processes for clients to meet their business process and application requirements. You will be working on program manufacturing for CNC machining, resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent. You will be working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under the guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities, and giving explanations on technical issues. You will be working on monitoring project status, reporting metrics and research. You may also be expected to work on ESPRIT, CAM, NX & SOLIDWORKS.

Shift management, conducting daily huddle and tracking the progress of requests ? People management, Skill assessment and Training/ Coaching the team to meet the Client's expectation. ? Preparing change order Status, Quality, Volume, report on weekly basis and share to stakeholders. ? Lead across functional project initiatives, automation, enhancements, manufacturing BOM, documentation. ? Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
