Community Samvada - Manager - Business Development (3-7 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The Business Development Manager at Community Samvada will be responsible for Selling/booking advertising space to SMEs and Corporate in Gurgaon/Gurugram.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to) :

- Engage with clients to demonstrate how Samvada can help them drive revenue to their business.

- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with a variety of clients.

- Hit target revenue quota.

- Pitch new business to prospective clients.

- Update and create sales proposals.

- Ensure repeat /larger business from existing clients (Client retention)

Desired Candidate Profile :

The ideal candidate should have experience in the print media/insurance/hospitality or service industry. We're looking for an energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is proactive in driving revenue and increasing the client base. She must be result driven and should be able to articulate the overall business objectives of Samvada and its value proposition to the advertising community.

Basic Qualifications :

- Any Graduate or any PG

- Minimum 3+ years experience in sales/business development

- Computer Savvy

- Candidate with Own Conveyance is preferred

Preferred Qualifications :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience of working within a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

- Track record of managing negotiations to successful closure and delivery.

Preferred Age Group : 27 to 40 years
