Required Educational Qualifications:
- MBA/Bachelor's Degree in any stream or equivalent practical experience Or any additional marketing diploma/degree will be an additional plus.
Scope:
- Manage a sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast as well as activity tracking via CRM (Hub spot).
- Define, achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue.
- Contribute to a new and growing team within our rapidly growing Brand Sales division.
- Engaging with key decision makers within brands to generate, nurture and close sales opportunities
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with both brands and agencies especially with brand heads, CMO's, media planners, etc.
- Maximizing revenue growth by using a consultative selling style to identify new opportunities within existing clients.
- Staying up to date and maintaining a strong handle on new opportunities arising from new brands entering the market OR new products being launched by existing brands.
- Monitor, analyze sales, market trends and develops an effective strategic sales plan.
Technical Competencies:
- 4+ years of brand facing Sales/BD experience with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding quarterly/annual goals and targets.
Familiar with:
- Requires extensive networks and affiliations within the industry, bridging connections between clients and agencies across various channels.
- Mix experience from both agency and brand perspectives is advantageous, with a particular emphasis on leading ad sales for a brand and meeting revenue objectives being essential.
- Should be a brand solution professional with more than 5yrs of experience in digital media.
- Understanding of online advertising industry
- Existing relationships/strong network with brand marketers, media agencies and advertisers.
- Knows the art of bobbing and weaving to find and establish connection with the right contacts within targeted accounts by leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Lusha, Sales Navigator, etc.
- Self-motivated, a go-getter attitude, hands on approach, action-and-results oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Can carry a conversation with C level executives and also address and impress a larger audience.
- Proficiency with creating pitch decks, excellent presentation skills, and prior experience of working on a CRM will be additional plus.
