Job Description

+ Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation + Process customer orders by pulling required finished goods from the warehouse
+ Generate shipping documents and labels, coordinating with the shipping department for timely delivery
+ Manage backorders and communicate potential delays to customers
+ Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely completion of production runs and meet delivery schedules
+ Communicate production status updates to relevant stakeholders
+ Identify and address potential production bottlenecks that could impact finished goods availability
+ Maintain detailed records of finished goods inventory levels within the SAP system
+ Generate reports on inventory turnover, sales trends, and potential stock issues
+ Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in inventory management
+ Conduct quality checks on finished goods before shipment to ensure compliance with standards
+ Coordinate with quality control teams to address any quality issues
+ Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits + Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation + Work with shipping carriers to schedule deliveries and manage transportation costs
+ Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished goods
+ Strong understanding of inventory management principles + Proficiency with SAP systems and data analysis + Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple departments + Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records + Problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies and shipping delays + Primarily office-based with regular interaction with warehouse and production areas
+ Need to work in all 3 shifts
**Required Qualifications for Consideration:** + Bachelor s in related curriculum such as B
Com/B
A with minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
+ Degree /Diploma with minimum 2+ years of experience
+ High level of skill and knowledge in warehouse operations with demonstrated ability to function in a Co-ordinator role
Good numeric skill
Familiar with material and inventory ordering and distribution processes
Familiar with storage and disposal of chemicals, Bulk, Shelf life, FIFO parts
