Job Description

Due to continuous growth, CommScope is looking to hire a Coordinator, Material to be based at our site in Goa, India. This role will be responsible for releasing work orders and coordination with the production team and vendors for timely production/supply of material and ensuring smooth production without any shortage of material.

How Youll Help Us Connect the World:

Monitor finished goods inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for customer orders while avoiding overstocking.
Track product movement throughout the warehouse, from production lines to shipping docks.
Conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
Process customer orders by pulling required finished goods from the warehouse.
Generate shipping documents and labels, coordinating with the shipping department for timely delivery.
Manage backorders and communicate potential delays to customers.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely completion of production runs and meet delivery schedules.
Communicate production status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Identify and address potential production bottlenecks that could impact finished goods availability.
Maintain detailed records of finished goods inventory levels within the SAP system.
Generate reports on inventory turnover, sales trends, and potential stock issues.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in inventory management.
Conduct quality checks on finished goods before shipment to ensure compliance with standards.
Coordinate with quality control teams to address any quality issues.
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
Work with shipping carriers to schedule deliveries and manage transportation costs.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished goods.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple departments
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies and shipping delays

Primarily office-based with regular interaction with warehouse and production areas.
Need to work in all 3 shifts.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

Bachelor s in related curriculum such as B. Com/B. A with minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
Diploma with minimum 4+ years of experience.
High level of skill and knowledge in warehouse operations with demonstrated ability to function in a Co-ordinator role. Good numeric skill. Familiar with material and inventory ordering and distribution processes. Familiar with storage and disposal of chemicals, Bulk, Shelf life, FIFO parts.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

Proficiency in SAP as it relates to time and attendance, material transactions, etc. Very good interpersonal, communication & people management skills.
