Sales Coordinator / Commercial Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• New Customer and payment term registration in CRM .
• Enquiry registration and machine quotation preparation through CRM .
• Customer PO registration in CRM .
• Upload necessary sales documents in CRM .
• PI preparation and sharing with Sales team .
• Co-ordinate with finance for payment adjustment against issued PI .
• Communicate with costing team , production team , RMIE team for PO processing , DI preparation and machine dispatch .
• Overdue payment follow up with customer.
• Be a Graduate in Commerce from reputed Institute / University.
• 3 5 years experience of working in commercial team of Engineering Organization preferably Industrial Products.
• Command over Excel and past experience of working with CRM and SAP/ERP is desirable .
• Be a team Player and have good written and verbal communication skills ( Specially English ).
• Process oriented , soft spoken , having patience , disciplined & honour commitment .

Preferred candidate profile
