Commercial Assistant - MIS (Third Party Payroll)

Data Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting systems.
• Collect and consolidate sales data from various internal systems and other sources.
• Analyze sales performance, trends, and forecasts, providing actionable insights to the sales and management teams.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports, ensuring they reflect the latest data.

Reporting & Dashboards:

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and including key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
• Create and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility of sales performance across different channels and territories.

Sales Forecasting & Performance Tracking:

• Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and tracking of actual sales performance against targets.
• Identify areas of underperformance and collaborate with sales managers to develop corrective action plans.
